Another shocking racket revealed by VICTOR, the legendary Bravesword series (BRS), VICTOR BRAVESWORD LTD PRO. Equipped with Free Core handle, with paint scheme almost like BS-09 launched 10 years ago. Would likely to try get one soon.

That cone though... doesn't really inspire confidence to me.

weren't you considering a DX10 metallic in your own thread? It has the same cone but blue XD

OT: super tempted to just order but I feel someone else should take the plunge first and let me know how it plays LOL

Yeah, but that cone is not a "see through" like the one we have here. It gives the impression the shaft is not "protected" at all.

Pretty see through to me, just blue so darker, same with other models like 100x where its gray and you can't see the powerring unless you take a flashlight to the cone. TKFE is also gray, and others can be more white/translucent or even pink.

Can I check for free core handle, after removing the stock grip (to apply one's favourite replacement grup), do you still need to apply a layer of adhesive tape on the plastic surface? Thanks.

    PS: just bought a BS12SE.

Your grip won't slip since your putting on an replacement grip with some sort of adhesive on the back I assume so no need to have something grippy over the plastic. I don't have an issue with my overgrip over plastic slipping so.

Something I dislike about the freecore grip is that when I wrap a thin layer of vergrip my fingers tend to bruise from the sharp edges

I do 50/50 overlap on my overgrips and don't feel much of the edges, but I can see if you wrap with less overlap + thinner grips like 0.5mm then ya. A thin layer of cushion wrap will definitely help and save more weight then going thicker overlaps.

The BS09 was more orange black, they just painted it the same like the BS-LYD. This is so weird. Victor Europe also used the color scheme from the MX80B for an Auraspeed Lightfighter 80A. I can't take Victor serious anymore if the lack in ideas for colour schemes.

Also so funny that the name just differs by one letter LYD - LTD. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D Even the naming so fishy. In addition that they bring out signatures of retried pros like the LJH or CY I wonder what they smoke, but must be pretty strong stuff.

I’ve got or had all these racquets. My BS LTD pro are 4U’s, my BS12 and 12SE are 3U.

The BS LTD pro is the easiest to play with, very smooth thru the air, quite flexible, even balance, power is good for such a 4U even balance racquet.

BS12 I assume everybody knows this racquet, it’s quick thru the air, manoeuvrable, but power is lacking

12SE is, to me, weird, it was more like a Li Ning N9ii to my surprise, not what I expedited it to be…

I’m very happy that I bought some BS LTD pro 4U, even if they’re not meant to cater to my needs, I really like to play with them!
When playing doubles it’s a very quick racquet, very comfortable, it’s the first racquet I can swing full speed since I hurt my hand two years ago, I swing it full power like there’s no tomorrow, very pleasant feeling. Power is easy to obtain, that’s the first 4U even balance that is powerful enough for my needs, and I tried quite a lot: auraspeed HS, arcsaber 7 pro…
Only little downside: it’s not that precise, maybe I should string it a little higher, currently exbolt 65 25lbs which is my usual setup

When playing singles, it’s clearly not ideal, power is just enough, and precision is lacking to me, but I’m used to stiff racquets (asual racquet is 88D pro)

Just curious do you know the max tension of your BS LTD Pro? The website is kinda unclear to me where it says 28 or 26lbs but I'm not sure if one is for the 3u and one is for the 4u.

I have the answer to this question. I recently bought a 4U BS Ltd Pro. The retailer told me it was 12.5kg/28lbs. However, I checked the official VictorTW website and it’s actually 12kg/26lb for the 4U and 12.5kg/28lb for the 3U.

Thanks, I looked at the Victor TW but wasn't sure as well, because at one point the OG and 55th braveswords they went back to displaying the tensions as H vs V. But anyways 26lbs seems kinda a bit low for a newer racket. As @ice man was saying is it actually even balance?

The Canadian Victor site recently listed the BS LTD Pro. It barely has any specifications to it, but it does specify it as a "Head Light" racquet.

Part of me wants to source an old BS12 OG and replace the handle with a replica Free Core handle from Aliexpress.

Yes its very vague and kinda not in the same format as their usual racket listings.
