Something must have woken him up then, for a while... He has fantastic potential; just needs to convert it into results now...
Very very very very very 100x proud of you,Indonesian players!!!!!!! Although without Taufik,Kido/Hendra,and Lilyana, Indonesia can reach the semifinal,,,
I over heard the coach told him (in Javanese dialect) to play faster and take control. It did improved he's play but agree with cobalt, HE SHOULD BE SPANKED!!!
Yeah, lets cheer them in the upcoming team event SEA Games, followed by TUC 2012...haha anyway who win the bid for hosting the TUC? Indonesia please...the best atmosphere for badminton. No patient to wait TUC haha, i like team event.
Me too Love Team event.. Hope INA can grab gold medal in Men and Women Team in SEAG! I heard,INA withdrawn to host TUC 2012,but it's not official
It is sad to read KOMPAS today criticizing INA team which struggled to pass JAPAN...Thats shocking as their reporter is in Qingdao ( Gatot) with INA team..Everybody on earth knew that in this SC edition, INA team is the weakest one but yet to manage to sneak in top 4..All medias around the world including BWF/Badzine predicted that JPN would be the first time to earn SF spot in this SC but INA team denied them..It is okay to urge PBSI to evaluate which PBSI is doing now...many things since last month, PBSI had hired special doctor to oversee the menu, check up weekly for olympic players, etc...recruiting more 17 yrs of age players in pratama despite some are still over 19...( many suggest to recruit 13-15 yrs which I think it is better handled by club). SF achievement is a good result and this is reality that INA is not like CHN...even CHN/DEN still relies on Lin dan, Cai/Fu, Gade, Tine, etc..
The win against JPN was quite lucky because JPN no 1 rank WD could not play. But overall, the players have done well so there is no point criticizing team. Agree that Indonesia is the underdog this time and manages to do better. Denmark is rank no 2 using bwf ranking and they came with all their top players so they deserve to be there. Indonesia lost because not all their best was there. Denmark was upset by Korea but actually Korea team should rank better than unseeded. Things are slightly better with PBSI now. Possibly because some players who play independently show that they are successful too.
Is it correct that Gillian was saying that Hayom actually won against LCW before? in the ina league??
Oh my..not again.. i dont wanna see always china is the host for so many big major badminton tournaments.. at least they should give some chance to other european country or so...
but badminton in china really popular, maybe like nba or mlb in usa.. u can see it from the advertisement during a badminton tourney held over there, china deserved it if u see what has been they done for it
My only concern with CHN is if they hoard the tickets and foreigners cannot get it , even online. iNA s the perfect capital for Thomas Cup.
Gillian s been spouting a lot of nonsense under the bad influence of that Richard Koford? guy. The two of them together is a commentating disaster. It s like badminton gossip broadcast ' live'. Chattering at length about LCW or LD during a WS match. That s plain rude. Why can t they learn a tip from Morten Frost? Watch a few points for a while to analyze and then make a short comment. Badminton has enough continuous action to be enjoyed without any commentating!
Hayom has not beaten LCW yet..in INA league that Hayom did come close to win and yet he lost in tight scores ( deuces)
Hayom has big potential but played no strategy (not brainy, sorry no offense). If the opponent change the strategy and catch the point, he doesn't have any idea what he can do.
I read from antaranews, the host country for TUC 2012 will be determined on this Friday(3rd July), the candidate is Jakarta(Indonesia) and Wuhan(China). Indonesia please...best atmosphere for badminton...
Yeah i read too.. And the candidates for Sudirman 2013 are Malaysia and Australia...sounds intresting Australia
