Yes, Misbun made another right decision of not sending Roslin along too, imagine if these two brother meet again in QF or SF due to IBF stupidity.
Malaysian MD is disasterous! But that means Chan/Chew are virtually no longer world top 10 materials! Considering their recent performance, these pairs are already ahead of them: 3 Korean pairs, 2 Danish pairs (Jens/Martin & Jonas/Lars), 2 Chinese pairs (Cai/Fu & Sang/Zheng), 1 Thai pair (Pramote/Tesana), 1 English pair (Nathan/Anthony) and also Choong/Lee!! And that's assuming Indonesian MD will be total-flop with the new combos!
What can I say Malaysia just don't have other better choices right now but to go with Chan/Chew even though we all know this pair(even Choong/Lee too) can never beat the Koreans, Indonesians, Dens and now the Chinese pairs(damn, that's almost everybody). Just have to give more exposure to the young pairs or hire coach Tang from China to replace Yap. I think Cheah would be a better choice, players may not like him like Misbun but would respect him, no fooling around and get away with it.
Re: What can I say They should swap Yap with Cheah. Yap's character is more suitable to handle the ladies. If that's the case, maybe they can even call Lim Pek Siah and Ang Li Peng out from retirement. I have faith that Cheah's no-nonsense style will bring the desired results. Not many noticed that Chin/Wong put up a good fight against the Korean ladies before going down in 3 sets! I don't think all the players like Misbun and have faith in his training method. Check out in some local dailies!
Lee HI vs Hafiz Hashim The match is now in rubber set. Hafiz won the first easily at 15-5, Lee stages a comeback despite trailing in early stage of game 2, and eventually equal the match with 15-8 win to force rubber. It 3-0 now for Lee HI in the rubber!

Hafiz Yes, I have to say that Hafiz impressed me this week, he is back in good form. He had chances of winning the final, but Lee Hyun Ill played it smart. The Malaysians taped the whole match though and I'm sure they will learn from this match. Lee Chong Wei also played well. Let's wait and see how the Malaysian will do at the Danish Open.. and see what veteran Ong Ewe Hock can do and see if Lee Tsuen Seng is also back on track.
