No Japanese participation at the KOR Masters, they are busy with their own national championships.

LYD/YYS can easily win this thing; their likely tough opponents are their own former teammates : KSH, KGJ and INA's Wahyu/Ade.

Disappointed with the withdrawals of Zhao Junpeng, Chen Xiaoxin and Han Yue. And also Lee Zijia who is promising.

He is nowhere on the M&Q list, not even on the 'Removed Before Closing Date' section. There is a Lee Hyun Min and a Lee Hyun Deok. They both play for a very new uni team in Dangjin, which is Hyun Deok's home town.

I guess Tzu Wei was tired, how many tournaments has he played?
Although I wouldn't say that Wangcharoen is not good, he is good

Choi Hye In has continued to play domestically. She tried out for the national team in early 2014 and made the team but only played a few tournaments. The one Grand Prix title she won that year, the Canada Open, came when she was overseas with her domestic pro team. That was why Lee So Hee was playing with her instead of Shin Seung Chan. Lee and Choi had played together in high school, though. In December 2014, she tried out for the national team again and didn't make it, then she didn't try out in May 2016 or December 2016. This year in the summer championships, she came second in women's doubles, playing with Kim Hye Rin. They beat 3 pairings of national team players en route to the final: Chae Yoo Jung / Shin Seung Chan, then Go A Ra / Yoo Hae Won, then Chang Ye Na / Jung Kyung Eun. Kim So Yeong and Lee So Hee beat them in the final.

Possibly, Wang TW and his senior Chou TC are like workhorses, almost playing non-stop.
