It's not a fault. Your racquet can cross the net to complete the swing but the point you struck the shuttle must not be at the opponent's side.
China is indeed the most dominant even until now. However, I think their Thomas Cup QF loss last year and their Sudirman Cup silver this year signify the waning of the dominance. With no WS SS title this year, I doubt they could even retain the Uber Cup next year. One discipline they have extremely excelled in this year though is XD winning 8 of the 12 SS titles plus the SSF. However, XD is also the discipline most affected by injuries to other players. Will be very interesting to see how things play out next year especially once Goh Liu Ying, Choi SolGyu, Yuta Watanabe, and Sapsiree Taerattanachai get back in the mix.
BWF TV should start doing this. Making the top 10 rallies from each tournaments. Maybe we can even have the 'best rally award' at the end of the year. A good way to increase the excitement around badminton play
If they're gonna block it anyway it will serve more as a piss me off for no good reason than create excitement
hahahahhaaaa sorry for you then volleyball, fencing Check FIVB Volleyball and FIE Fencing Channel for it Maybe some other sports, but these are what I know
Come to watch badminton in Germany or any other victim of geo-blocked BWF-livestream and we will speak again.
That would be SO AWESOME! Those "play of the day" clips are a nice gimmick, but the socalled "highlight" clips are just plain useless. Would be so nice if they would offer a separate well-cut highlight clip (~3-5 minutes) for each of the big matches that also retells the story of the match.
Oh, then I've learned now that "here" actually is in Indonesia. Then how come you are grateful? It's pain in the arse to always have to find ways to trick the geo-blocking. I've watched some SS matches while I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago - and you wouldn't believe how convenient it is to simply start the Youtube app on your smart-tv and watch the matches without any trouble.
no, here is here cause looking for tennis video is more painful in the arse for me guess I'm already used to accessing it through VPN now
China will dominate XD for the foreseeable future. The reigning Natsir is retiring next year for sure.
